Comprising of all natural ingredients, this 2-IN-1 mud scrub is scented with pink grapefruit, lavender and juniper berry essential oils to help feed your skin while leaving it silky and smooth.

TO USE
Place approximately one cup of powder into a clean heat proof glass or ceramic bowl, hydrate clay by gradually adding equal part of warm boiled water, constantly stirring till a thick mud like paste has formed. Depending on desired thickness you can add water or powder.
Have a shower prior to applying your mud to moisten your skin. Then to apply it is best to do so in the shower or bath tub or over an old towel as it can get messy. Using your hands apply warm mud all over your body, working problem areas in small circular motions. If you have any cuts or wounds avoid these areas.
Ensure you stay hydrated prior, throughout and after your mud experience by drinking water. Leave on for 15-20 minutes or just before mud starts to dry then rinse off with tepid to warm water in the shower until the water run clears and the mud is removed. For best effects on your mud experience you should follow with a warm mineral soak for 15-20 minutes.
